Staff friendly, fixed hot water.

Staff were friendly and helpful, and eventually fixed our hot water problem. We also appreciated the beautiful location, with stunning views of the ocean and easy access to the beach.
The hotel seemed run-down and neglected. We encountered several issues, such as no hot water initially, a leaking bathroom sink, and towels that didn't absorb water well.

The location right on the waterfront was breathtaking. Staff were friendly, and fixed our hot water problem eventually. Cleanliness exceeded our expectations.

The language barrier with the receptionist could be frustrating when trying to communicate important matters.

We loved how friendly the staff were! They fixed our hot water issues quickly and with a smile. The location was also fantastic - just steps from the beach and close to great dining options. One of the best parts of our stay was the stunning view of the ocean from our room. We enjoyed waking up to the sound of the waves crashing on the shore.
There were a few negative aspects to our stay. The hotel seemed in need of some attention.
